Position Overview:
As a Disney Phone Representative, youll be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a magical experience during every interaction. Your role will involve using Disneys systems to resolve issues, make reservations, or offer personalized solutions, all while maintaining Disney's high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming phone calls from Disney customers and guests with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude. Provide assistance with bookings, reservations, and product information. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using Disneys proprietary systems and tools. Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions. Uphold the Disney standard by delivering outstanding service and fostering customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and managers to improve processes and service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking while on calls. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home. Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus but not mandatory.
