?? Finvi is looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Generalist
?? This position will be remote.
?? The Talent Acquisition & People Ops Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our People Operations department.
?? This position is perfect for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about talent acquisition or people operations and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
?? You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support.
?? This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
?? Visa sponsorship or transfer of an existing visa is not available for this position.

Requirements: ?? Degree in business, human resources, or related field is preferred1-3 years recruiting experience preferred ?? Proven candidate experience program management preferred ?? Strong interpersonal and consultative skills required ?? Proficient computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft products required ?? Advanced skills in Excel a plus ?? Experience using applicant tracking systems is required (Pinpoint preferred) ?? Ability to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlines ?? Ability to work effectively with other team members ?? Ability to coach and train others to improve their execution of talent acquisition responsibilities ?? Excellent interpersonal, listening, and interviewing skills ?? Excellent presentation and facilitation skills ?? Polished, strong written and verbal communication skills
