Core Responsibilities: Sales and Client Growth: Identify new clients, present our products and services, and secure sales to meet and exceed revenue goals Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, screening them to ensure alignment with company values and objectives Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, sales objectives, and organizational growth targets Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients and candidates, ensuring seamless follow-up and relationship-building efforts Market Research and Strategy: Conduct research to identify industry trends, target new markets, and develop strategic plans to support growth
