Skills
• 3+ years of outbound sales experience (travel industry sales experience preferred)
• Experience with Gateway Ticketing System preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and patience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for capturing admission volume from various markets
• Develop and implement a proactive Business Development Plan to encourage group visitation
• Create and implement marketing messaging for groups
• Train Ambassadors and Reservationists to ensure high-quality group interactions
• Research trends and best practices to improve group sales processes
• Partner with sales teams at Atlanta attractions to drive group attendance growth
• Update online lesson plan offerings in line with responsible marketing policies
• Coordinate and process all phases of reservations and ticket sales
• Maintain confidentiality and practice PCI compliant procedures
• Represent World of Coca-Cola at trade shows and conferences
• Participate in planning and executing employee events and activations
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to travel overnight and work in a hybrid environment
• Excellent guest/customer service skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage change and reprioritize work initiatives

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Experience using sales management software or systems is a plus
