Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus.
