Key Responsibilities
• Address customer inquiries via phone using established training protocols.
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Offer knowledgeable responses to client questions and escalate complex issues as required.
• Efficiently resolve client concerns, maintaining accurate account histories and ensuring inquiries are addressed satisfactorily.
• Consistently meet client service level agreements (SLAs) and production benchmarks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve inquiries and guide new team members on customer service best practices.
• Suggest enhancements to workflows and procedures for optimized client inquiry handling.

Required Skills
• At least two years of customer service experience in any field.
• Proficiency with basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, along with effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to identify and engage the appropriate stakeholders for resolving client inquiries.

Qualifications
• A minimum of two years of experience in customer service.
