Are you a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher looking for a flexible, remote opportunity? We have an exciting position available with a dynamic K-12 school district in Colorado. This full-time, remote role offers the chance to make a significant impact in students' lives from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs. Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective educational experiences. Utilize virtual tools and platforms to engage students and deliver instruction. Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instructional strategies as needed. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Valid Colorado Special Education Teaching License. Experience working with K-12 students with diverse learning needs. Strong proficiency with virtual teaching tools and technology. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
