Type of Hire: Temp, possible temp-to-hire after assigment
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Training schedule: 6:00AM to 2:30PM M-F (2 weeks of training)
Need to go to the office the first day at 9AM to pick up computer will take 1-4 hours,
Post training schedule: Various shifts available, all include one day of the weekend, please see options below. (shift will be selected after clearance)
Location: REMOTE must live in Phoenix or Scottsdale. MUST LIVE NO MORE THAN 35 MILES AWAY from Scottsdale, ZP 85260)
Brief Job Description
They are an inbound call center.
They are supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product.
The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product.
It is a yes environment, yes, we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points.
Card Holders call in to book travel by using the points they have accumulated.
Assist clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises.
Requirements
HSD or GED is required (must be on resume)
6+ months CSR experience, call center.
Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people
