What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide administrative support to the Educator Excellence Team in their programming efforts
• Assist with the development and support of strategies to enhance the educator workforce
• Collaborate with certification and higher education staff to implement programs for educators
• Organize data sets to produce effective reports and graphics
• Maintain effective communication with internal partners and external education stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Training, education, or experience in office and administrative support work
• Competency in applying knowledge of modern office practices for advanced administrative tasks
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in making determinations on varied matters
• Experience in public sector, PK-12 education, or higher education is preferred
• General knowledge of state government procurement procedures or public school facilitation policies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Administrative support experience specifically in the public sector
• Working knowledge of state government procurement procedures
• Familiarity with PK-12 education systems and higher education institutions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in data visualization and report creation
