Track student progress, evaluate their strengths and areas for improvement, and deliver consistent feedback and motivation.
Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and fellow education professionals to create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to individual student needs.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
Active certification in Special Education from New York State, or a commitment to obtain certification prior to commencing the role.
Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and technology for effective remote instruction.
