What You Will Do:

Investigate and resolve cardholder concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Document all interactions accurately and efficiently in our customer relationship management system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support delivery.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must have a quiet home office space and reliable high-speed internet connection. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
