Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at American Airlines, you will be the frontline support for our valued customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, providing solutions and exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with flight bookings, resolving customer complaints, answering inquiries about services and policies, and ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied customer. Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers in booking flights and managing reservations
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Update customer information and maintain accurate records
Provide customers with detailed information about our services and policies
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay informed about company updates and industry trends
Educational Qualifications
