Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you will support our operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks and providing excellent service to our clients. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities


• Must be proactive and take initiative in solving problems


• High-speed internet connection


• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and phone calls


• Schedule meetings


• Manage contact lists and organize managers’ calendars


• Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records


• Conduct market research


• Prepare presentations as assigned


• Provide customer service as first point of contact
