Job Post:

We are looking for a FedEx Package Delivery Specialist to join our team in Vermont. This is an exciting opportunity to work with FedEx, one of the world’s leading logistics companies known for its rapid, reliable, time-definite delivery to more than 220 countries and territories.

As a Package Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our packages reach their destinations on time. You will be responsible for the pick-up, transportation, and delivery of packages within the prescribed timeframes and service parameters.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect and deliver packages, adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.

2. Load, unload, prepare, and operate delivery vehicle.

3. Maintain ongoing communication with the route dispatcher.

4. Ensure the correct delivery of packages and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.

5. Adhere to FedEx’s policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Must have a valid driver’s license.

2. Ability to lift heavy packages.

3. Excellent customer service skills.

4. Good verbal communication.

5. Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.

6. High school diploma or equivalent.
