Job Description


As a Customer Care Executive at Amazon, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proven experience in a customer service role

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-stress situations

  • Proficient in using customer service software

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Educational Qualifications


High School Diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.


Experience


A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred, with experience in a fast-paced environment being a plus.
