Description


Amazon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting a culture of customer-centric service. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client accounts effortlessly.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in client services or account management

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met

  • Monitor and report on client metrics and feedback

  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress and new opportunities

Educational Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field


Experience



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client services or account management role
