Requirements
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
High level of empathy and customer-oriented mindset.
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
