What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process medical claims via electronic fax
Assist patients with medical-related inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
Conduct medical benefits investigations to ensure patient coverage
Perform data entry and review patient billing and medical information
Collaborate with carriers to facilitate medication coverage for patients
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical benefits or prior authorization
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries with professionalism
Ability to multitask and use dual monitors effectively
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a medical call center or related field
Great work attitude and willingness to assist others
