What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate customer information and resolve inquiries
Authorize sales and build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
Utilize proficient computer skills to manage information and communicate effectively
Occasionally meet in person for training and collaboration
What Is Required (Qualifications)
6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent
Residence within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD
Proficiency using a computer
18 years of age or older
Willingness to undergo drug testing, background investigation, and fingerprinting
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
0-2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a related healthcare field
