Key Responsibilities
Client Guidance: Advise clients on their financial status and help them navigate the loan application process.
Application Management: Handle loan applications and collect necessary documents to ensure smooth processing.
Network Building: Develop and maintain referral networks to find new loan prospects.
Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
What We're Looking For
