What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make outbound calls to patients and payees, and potentially take inbound calls
Update and maintain patient data to ensure accuracy
Utilize computer skills for efficient data entry
Gather and review patient billing and medical information
Operate in compliance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be able to obtain pharmacy certification
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Active internet connection installed at home for remote work
Ability to multi-task and work effectively with dual monitors
Positive work attitude and willingness to assist others
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Medical call center experience is a plus, but not required
