What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Communicate with hospital clientele, answering incoming calls and providing requested information
Research and resolve problems related to testing and minor interface issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)
Associate Degree in Medical Technology
Prior experience as a Medical Technician (MLT) strongly preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology used in a clinical setting
Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Experience with Information Systems
Prior healthcare experience in a physician's office or hospital setting
