Job Description:
The purpose of the bilingual speaking Health Care Customer Service Representatives (CSR) position is to deliver excellent customer care & create sustainable value for customers via phone, email, chat, and correspondence.
Job Requirements: Handle service & information requests, Billing explanations & cost savings advice, Explain company policies, procedures along with terms and conditions.
Job Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or equivalent Must reside in California Minimum 1 year experience in customer service Must be able to pass a background screening
