What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service
Assist with product information, registration support, and service inquiries
Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, and providing minor concessions
Create, update, and retrieve owner records for complaints and resolutions
Proactively provide feedback to improve training processes and materials
What Is Required (Qualifications)
One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
Strong initiative and ability to resolve owner issues with in-depth knowledge of processes
High degree of concentration and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with web-based systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a remote work environment
Knowledge of appliance products and services
Additional certifications in customer service or related fields
