What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Develop and execute a recruiting plan at targeted schools
• Build relationships with career centers, student organizations, and relevant departments
• Promote employer brand across campuses to attract diverse talent
• Manage end-to-end recruiting process for Early Careers roles
• Track and analyze recruiting data to adjust strategies for optimal results

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 1 to 2 years of Early Careers Recruiting experience
• 1+ year of technical full life cycle recruiting experience
• 1+ year of sourcing experience for technical and/or sales positions
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Strong MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Previous experience recruiting in Workday ATS
