Key Responsibilities...

Booking and Coordination: Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Travel Advisory: Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients.
Problem Solving: Handle issues or concerns during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry is preferred.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a remote work environment.
