About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist at Chewy, you'll play a key role in ensuring pet parents have a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions.
