- Stay up to date with the latest Verizon technology and product offerings
- Generate and qualify sales leads from call sheets
- Manage leads with tracking and follow-up methods
- Communicate product information effectively via phone
- Meet or exceed established daily metrics and performance standards
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred
- Experience with customer service over the phone preferred
- Must maintain a quiet, secure work area and keep customer information confidential
- High-speed home internet and the ability to connect via an ethernet cable required
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service in a telecommunications industry
