Remote Customer Service Representative - Up to $62/hr

Overview:** Chewy, America's #1 pet pharmacy, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our amazing team! As a remote employee, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering an exceptional, memorable, and reliable experience for pet parents, every time. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers... who contact Chewy for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You will research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
