Amazon Client Coordinator (Remote)

Run AMZ is looking for an experienced Catalog Specialist to help manage our clients' catalogs on Amazon.com. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of optimized product detail pages and how to help our clients' win the digital shelf through best in class product content. The successful candidate will spend most of their time within the amazon.com seller central or vendor... central portal assuring our clients digital merchandising is best in class. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and firm knowledge of how to upload products, create variation families, load keywords, and address issues on a daily basis. Responsibilities: • Work with client success managers and account directors to implement changes for clients on amazon. • Communicating directly with the Run AMZ team and clients to track and outline process of tasks and optimization efforts. • Supporting client success managers in the early stages of a new client relationship to ensure the onboarding experience and first impression of Run AMZ is exceptional. • Product research, content collection and optimization. • Proofreading product page content and internal facing documentation. • Running product page diagnostics on existing products on Amazon • Monitoring, reporting and removing product pages that fraudulently use our clients trademarks or copyrighted material. • Other responsibilities that come when working with a growing agency. Successful Candidates: • >2 years experience working vendor central or seller central is preferred • Knowledge of the Amazon back-end and the ability to: load new products, create variations, fix suppressed listings, upload creative content, and other similar work within the Amazon portal. • An extreme eye for detail • Impeccable organization skills • Ability to work in a collaborative environment • A problem solver who can work handle new challenges and inconsistencies that come with the Amazon platform • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred • Remote opportunity Compensation and Benefits: • Compensation - DOE • Health and dental offered • PTO including 10 holidays, sick time and vacation • Awesome inner SE office with rooftop decks and views of the city • 401K Job type: Full Time/Salary Location: Remote Run AMZ affirms the diversity of our local communities including race, religion, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity / expression.
