Key Responsibilities: ??Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or complaints. ??Use appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information. ??Efficiently handle customer complaints, swiftly offering suitable solutions and alternatives, ensuring resolution follow-up. ??Process orders, forms, applications, and requests remotely. ??Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and document processes. ??Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. ??Go the extra mile to engage customers, fostering a loyal client base. ??Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain high service standards. Requirements: ??Must be at least 18 years old ??Must pass a skill assessment and background check ??At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience ??Must have a computer/laptop ??Headset or headphones with microphone attachment ??High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred. Working Conditions: ??This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection. ??A strong, stable internet connection ??Flexibility to work shifts, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: ??Hourly pay range: $13 - $20, depending on the company agents choose to service. ??Sales incentives and performance-based bonuses offer additional earning potential. Upon approval, you will be guided through a new agent orientation, which will give you a general overview of the position and answer all questions. After that, you will choose a company to work for and undergo a training period with them. Upon completion of certification, you will have the opportunity to set your own schedule and begin working freely.
