Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our work from home team. As a work from home customer service representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service.
Responsibilities include:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Identifying and escalating priority issues

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in English (additional fluency in other languages is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
