Responsibilities
The Policy Administration team is responsible for responding to member and partner policy inquiries, policy changes and updates; including changes in name, address and social security information.
The team also processes beneficiary changes and changes in policy ownership. The team handles requests for duplicate quarterly or annual statements, duplicate policy contracts.
They also respond to inquiries regarding policy values and historical policy data.
Processing a large number of transactions daily
