Job description: A new F45 Training location is opening and this is a rare opportunity to shepherd a boutique fitness studio from pre-open/day 0 through grand opening and beyond. As Studio Manager, you will be responsible helping to develop and execute systems and processes for the day to day operations of F45 South Hills with owner oversight. Including, growing a team of certified personal trainers, and then providing leadership and direction to the team at this studio to deliver a best in class workout experience. As the lead for the Sales function, the Studio Manager must execute a lead generation/marketing strategies plan to increase fitness membership sales, as well as promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle. The Studio Manager is an Ambassador of our brand and a proven leader. In this position, you must embody the F45 brand and be passionate about helping others, while also having strong business acumen.

The Studio Manager at F45 is the face of their studio location. Responsibilities for the studio's success include, but not limited to: membership sales and retention, staffing and scheduling, trainer training and development, lead generation / marketing management, studio maintenance and care, and community engagement, directly reporting to ownership.

coaching
  • ~15 hr / week coaching on the team schedule
  • present in studio when not coaching for trainer training/development and sales
  • responsible for call offs / coverage and set up, when needed
admin hours (mix of in studio and remote)

  • marketing / social media management and lead generation
  • client communication management (text, email, call)
  • client / member event planning / private session booking

  • monthly reporting on studio membership / attrition
in-studio
  • studio care : facilities / maintenance coordination
  • ensure equipment is in good working condition (calibration of ergs, yearly tune of bikes)
  • ensure studio is stocked with essential supplies (paper products, toiletries)
  • ensure studio cleanliness, organization + safety
  • supervise trainer performance + lead team towards optimum potential + guide new trainers toward individual success with ongoing training + host events to generate new members through local business partnerships

qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience, required
  • 2+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry required
  • Must have Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization
  • Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
  • 3+ years of management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating
  • Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills
  • Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner, Sales Associates, and client
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, MindBody Online, Canva as well as various social media platforms

Expected salary: $42000 - 52000 per year
